Orlando Holiday Shop Group member's use our centralised 'Trust Account' which holds your funds until we have paid another body (bonded holiday suppliers) who then becomes legally responsible for the protection of the funds.

An independent Trustee has been appointed who authorises, in conjunction with us, the release of funds from the Trust Account. In practice, this means that in the event of the financial failure of your travel agent or Holiday Direct Travel Group, before your holiday, your funds remain available for refund or to reinstate your tour with another tour operator.

Orlando Holiday Shop is a trading style of Worldchoice and forms part of The Travel Gurus with various websites. The Travel Gurus holds an ABTA Bond No. L8520 and all holidays are fully protected. Orlando Holiday Shop acts as an agent for ATOL holders and all seats we book with the expection of where we book seats directly on your behalf with the airline are booked with ATOL protected companies.
